I pass through that loop often and I think the main problem isn't the road itself but the drivers. Maybe MBPJ should completely cordon off a single side for turns into main roads instead of allowing cars to cut across 3-4 lanes just to turn towards to KL or Klang. Traffic has tangibly improved since the new system was implemented though.
