at least they picked up your call.
for me.....it took forever for them to pick up. and when Maxis do pick up,, i have to explain the issue again & again before getting DC then call in and wait another 40-55 minutes!!

i think maxis reset docket / reset pocket? reset something at their end for my hse in shah alam. then it was ok for a couple weeks,, but issue still happen again after 3 weeks later. everytime to call to maxis,, lanciau lah....think i so free meh.

already did that last time bro.
After settle issue, throw away the old report number.

Now got new issue,, lazy to call into maxis.
Im thinking of changing the current TM router to tenda F3...hehehe...
