 Hypptv EC6106v5 login problem - default pin, Hypptv stb set up

I've just replaced my broken Hypptv stb (EC2108E) with another one - Huawei EC6106v5 but can't get past the login screen(asking for username/pin). The error msg is incorrect user or password. I used my username and pin from the old stb, but I think I need the (default) pin for the replacement stb. Am I right? And whats the default pin for that model of stb?

A factory reset was already performed on the stb. The firmware version is 80163445. I entered the username/password in the settings->iptv authentication (xxx@iptv, long alphanumeric password).

The authentication server url is 10.0.194.157:8082/EDS/jsp/index.jsp

TVMS 10.0.94.134:28080/gateway/query.do
10.0.94.135:28080/gateway/query.do

If I am not mistaken, this is how it works.

Your HyppTv username and password is tied to the MAC address of the broken HyppTv STB (EC2108E).
Let's say your username is AAAAAA and password is 111111 can log in to MAC address ea1365cdac89.
You tried to log in to HyppTv STB (EC6106v5) and failed.
It failed because the MAC address of HyppTv STB (EC6106v5) is not ea1365cdac89.
You have to inform Unifi Helpdesk to update your HyppTv account with the MAC address of the HyppTv STB (EC6106v5) so that in their system your username AAAAAA and password 111111 is tied to MAC address of the HyppTv STB (EC6106v5).
The username BBBBBB and password 222222 was tied to the STB (EC6106v5) MAC address.

That was what I suspected and I already asked TM helpdesk but the person didn't answer directly and kept saying that the technicians will take follow up with my ticket. Maybe I should talk to a technician directly.

What about the pin login - that should be tied to the box right? Whats the default pin for that model of stb?

Once technician goes to your house, they will charge you RM53 (if I am not wrong).
I am not sure about the pin.

Called again today and they said that the mac id has to be registered. So helpdesk person yesterday didn't know about it tsk.

Edit-
Finally got it solved. Technicians came to the house and said the box had to be reset on their side, not just a factory reset.
