I wish to advice others not to hire Desi Events Malaysia - a wedding event management company.

Prior to signing any contract with them, they will call you and promise all sort of things they are willing to undertake/do during your wedding event. They called me almost 3-4 times daily to urge me to hire them immediately. But once I have paid the deposit, they only reply to my queries after 2-3 days on average, citing handling many big events.

Both of the main PIC's will promise to deliver tons of things while showing you beautiful deco design and packages involving other services. However, during the event, only 60% of the promises will be delivered!. Even worse, they will just send over their foreign workers to handle your queries and event!!!!

In addition to that, they will force you to undertake additional services (particularly decoration and music) at a very high cost!. They wont accept other vendors doing it as they say it goes against their company's SOP of managing an event!! Total bullshit!. It is only meant to rob your money while leaving you without a choice!!

In the end, you will be left with a very sour experience and bad service at a very premium price!!.
