RM300 voucher, is it a good promo or there are better ones?

Got an email from CIMB asking to withdraw the remaining balance of my Lazada debit card. The email shows the DuitNow option but I don't see it in the online banking page.



May I know if there's any other ways to withdraw the money? Or I'll need to spend it somehow?

Too bad just noticed this change in MCC 6540

I purposely applied for this card (Petronas Islamic) due to the 6540 is available in the rebate but seems that now it will be discontinued from next month onwards. The intention was to reload Setel 1k every few months to get the full rebate for that month without the need to meet the minimum spending on every month, but seems that not possible now with the new T&Cs.

Just wanna know, if I topup Setel now it should be still eligible for the CB right?

Also about the CardTerus, never use this before so would like to ask, I just need to select the specific CC on the top right corner of the app right? Then it will automatically be using CardTerus function ya?

Actually it's a new card and I just managed to registered for the website CIMB Clicks, haven't use the card yet

So wondering if need to also download the CIMB Clicks app as well.

OK just tried, reloaded 1k to the Setel wallet and 500 to Shopeepay, both with SMS OTP.

Hope that this 1.5k will meet the minimum spend for the Petronas VI-i and eligible for the 6% (RM60) rebate on the 1k Setel reload?

Wanna ask about the Petronas CC cash rebate. I see from Clicks that my 1st statement is dated on 19/7, and I have spent 1.5k (including 1k on Setel), trying to get the 6% RM60 rebate.

I don't see the rebate yet on the Clicks, upon checking the TnC, I saw that it's stated as the rebate will be posted in the next statement. Would like to ask, normally on which day the rebate will be posted?

Coz I want to see if my spending is eligible for the rebate, and if yes, I want to reload Setel 1k again before the Setel reload is excluded from the rebate calculation soon.

Seems that CIMB Islamic card is not valid for those online shopping platform discount vouchers? Like today Shopee got RM30/50 voucher but not valid with my Petronas-i CC

Based on the T&Cs, I believe 6540 with Setel will be included, but the other 6540 will be excluded.

Will know by next month...

Could be the bottom part of the T&Cs are just general across all cards
