For Petronas-i cards, my last month's CB was posted on 20/7 but this month until now still nothing. May I know if anyone else already received the CB?

Hi, just to confirm, for the Petronas-i cards, Setel reload is no more eligible for the cashback right? coz so far i didn't get it for the reload in july.

thanks, ya saw the T&C but i was hoping that the 6540 exclusion is excluding Setel due to the 2 contradicting points.

so tested it out and seems that Setel is really excluded. so wanna see here if anyone else manage to still get the CB or not

btw is there any chat function on the clicks webpage? can't seems to find but if got then wanna ask them about this.

i topup 1k in end of july but didn't get the cashback in my august statement

just checked back my statement, the statement balance is only rm14xx after deducting the cashback from the previous month. could this be the reason that i didn't get the cashback for the current month? do they take the previous month's cashback into the statement balance calculation as well?

ya i guess so. i'm aware on the extra payment that will reduce the statement balance but never expected the cashback will also contribute to this. so next time will need to spend a little bit more to cover this

ya guess that I overlook the requirement of "statement balance". always think that it's the monthly "spent amount" instead

Since now I have the Setel credit that can last for a few months, I can only try this again after that. Maybe you can try it out and see? But make sure you have the right net statement balance after deducting all the extra payments/rebates/etc.

Wanna ask, for CIMB Petronas VI-i, the complementary PPL access is without any minimum spending conditions right? Coz I see the list of lounges is quite extensive for both local and international airports.

Hi, wanna ask about the CC payment via CIMB Clicks

When I clicked on the "pay credit cards" as per the screenshot below, I will get the error message. But I do have a saving account with CIMB and it's shown in the CIMB Clicks as well. Have sent a message to CIMB and waiting for their reply.

But just wondering, could it be due to the saving account that I have is the "Basic SA without Fee" type? Any restriction on this type of account e.g. cannot do online trasnactions?

thanks for the reply. so i guess it could be something to do with the account linking issue. as i tried to make duitnow transfer with the BSA also cannot.

ya i got 2 clicks account but both the SA and CC is under the same account.

the other one was for the previous lazada debit card where i was not able to add my cc to it. so i created a 2nd clicks account with my CC then the SA comes later as i need to use the debit card.

OK thanks. Already created a new Clicks account with my debit card and now need to wait for 12 hours for the SecureTAC to activate.

But I can see the option to pay to CC so I think this method will work

Just checking if CIMB has a card center that we can go and apply for the supplementary card on the spot?

If not then what will be the fastest way of getting the card?
