I am in the same situation, my last statement dated 28-Aug stated BonusPts earned 20k but not shown in cimbclicks, so cant redeem to cashback of rm50. Have u or anyone here found the solution?

I made a single call to CS to cancel my cashback platinum and replaced it with e-card.

Thanks for the reminder, my next statement is on 28Sept, hopefully statement will be out by 30Sept. Cimb is always slow.

I think topup ewallet is still 10x n 12x for direct purchase using ecard.

What do u use boost for now that it cant use creditcard funds for investment?
