meaning that I swap n do Instalment and reflected in statement as well but then no point reward credited.

We are supposed to get x12 points at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on the 10th, right? I went there today and spent rm 59 with my e-credit card, not e-wallet, then I received an SMS from CIMB that I earned 590 bonus points. Is it just x10?

I topped up rm1k each for Bigpay n Shopeepay on 10-Aug & got the 10x 20k bonus points even though I converted both to FPP 0%.
In my latest statement dated 28-9 these 20k points is still intact n not reversed.

i reloaded my BIGpay on 10th December, 12:10am... but somehow CIMB recorded it as a 09th December transaction, so i cant get 10x points, but 5x points only

I did not convert flexipay anymore after get reversal on that time

Reload Shopeepay on 10th not should get 10x instead 5x?

Hi, just had CIMB e-card as my first card. Just wondering how long is the point awarded after you spend on e-wallet top up? Because currently I didn't see the points being updated after grab top-up and paying mobile bills

Mine capped at 20k points regardless how many supp cards i has since the changes of eday to 28th.

Hi everyone, I have redeemed the e-voucher at CIMB reward website, but never received any email for the e-voucher Pin (Checked junk/spam). Does anyone encounter this problem before? I did call customer service and they said the redemption was complete.

if i would like to topup bigpay using e card on 28th, what time doing it is safe to get 12x?
