Hi guys, quick noob question, I got my TWE card last year August and was charged the full annual fee straight away. So does this actually mean that the waiver (supposed I hit the 100% spending target) will only be applied for the next annual fee (for the renewal)? Means confirm have to pay 1st year in full?

for 4 pax (2 teenage kids) they offer to either upgrade to family suite (grande room or something) or give 2 rooms, just need to add USD20

Yeah, I'm quite convinced that our TWE card details are leaked somewhere.

I checked with CS, mine will be charged on 6th Dec and it is not my statement date but CS said can call 2-3 days before should be OK.

Called CS today, he mentioned if i have another bonus point card (eg preferred visa infinite), then cancelling TWE will not forfeit your bonus points.
Anyone cancelled their card before can share experience?

Does it mean we just need to spend RM1667 on every 28th?

5k is for TW, TWE need to spend 10k.

TW can stay 3 nights but need to attend presentation, while TWE don't need. If TWE holders attend then can get another night free (4 nights in total).

I claimed as well, Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay. Decent hotel, room provided is the Pool Suite Ocean View (which is one of the better selection, i think just below the Pool Villa Ocean View)

However, after the annual fee charged, there is a auto debit transactions but i didnt manually use the card after that.

If I cancel now, do I still need to pay for the full annual fee?

last statement 23.3.25 i didnt get 20000 points
Every month  on  28th i swiped RM1670  on Pay Dy got 20k points.

But last statement 23.3.25 i got 0 points.

Any one got new Terms and conditions?
Paydy exluded from 12x points?

Best is when the first launch where we get to stay in hotel for free without attending the stupid talk.
