Hi Inspira sifus. I just acquired a 2nd hand Inspira. For some reason the volume button on the steering needs to be pressed quite hard before it's registered on the radio. Is this a common issue? And can it be replaced?

I finally got to drive my car long distance last weekend back to Kelantan, and honestly I was surprised that I could drive from KL -> Kelantan -> KL with just one full tank of fuel.
One thing I am still not used to is the auto transmission (my older car is a fully manual Saga FL), and it's not due to the CVT, it's just driving auto in general. Can't wrap around my head to press harder on the accelerator to get the car dropping gear, and spent mostly doing it manually with the paddle shifter instead. So yeay for paddle shifter I guess?

how many litre/km did you get? mine was around 6+++ to 7 for driving on PLUS from KL to Taiping. 7litre/100km is good estimate if you control throttle and dont push 160kmh after SLim river
good 700km range for 50 litre tank there
anyway

Kelantan's road is not that good for speeding, so you're mostly stuck around 100/110 kmh if you're lucky, or for most of the time, stuck behind a slower car that you can't overtake and spend most of the time doing 70/80kmh instead. So I presume that's why I can maximise the full tank
Also yeah, real men uses manual. tapi sakit kaki drive dalam KL jam

FWIW, I tried buying something "cheap" (below) RM500, and even if it had decent specs, the display scaling was appaling and the images looks blurry. So yeah, I have learnt my lesson about buying a no brand Chinese head unit

Best Android head unit, any suggestions?
Depends on your budget I guess. I initially bought a normal 10" from China with decent specs (4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage), but the display was disappointing. In the end I opted for an Eonon player

I have a weird issue with the Blaupunkt New York 800 player. For some reason whenever I try to play an MP3 file either through USB or SD card, the audio will only output from the left channel. Radio and bluetooth will output through both channels no problem at all

no new car la, only can afford used, age only 1 year older than my late Inspira.
Hell with our local unethical auto industry, I wouldn't be too surprised if it still roam Malaysia
I hope I won't see the ghost of your car anytime soon. In any case, my Inspira is just for weekend/long distance drive. Daily driver still my 12 year old Saga FL

Need help here. My inspira 2.0 AT got airbag service required light and gear service required light. Both lights come at the same time. Gear is locked at P. I have to press the unlock slot button everytime I want to change gear from P to D. The speed and gear shifting also looks affected. Anybody familiar with the problem? Any recommended workshop? I already went to proton COE Subang but they cannot accept because they have so many cars still unattended. Proton jln chan sow lin also cannot help because their computer broke down. Please help ππ»ππ»ππ»
If you are okay with non Proton based service centre, you can try workshop that works in Mitsubishi, such as MAH Autoparts or Merah Autoparts

Apparently the CVT cooler for my car was leaking, and the original owner made a hack where instead of fixing it properly, installed another radiator just for the CVT cooler.
It leaked badly last month that it fluids seeped into the CVT gearbox itself, and the ECU fried. Had to change the whole CVT assembly + ECU yesterday. koyak wallet
