I just swing left and right.. until my hands became tired... But once you get a hang of it, you will not swing or wave so much anymore. A little flick would do Nowadays when I play Folklore, I swing or wave it hard to get a kick out of it only

dam frustrated lolz the bar almost full then it turns into left right soul sucking become almost empty ah well now must be more patient cause maybe i was tilting it wrong must try rx way

Take your time, you will get used to it the first time when I had to do that, I was dumb struck and it was abit g@y to perform

the red one is easy just flick upward...the blue one also easy, left right left right until red and then flick upward...but the yellow one....fuh, crazy man...im confuse, the visual controller show u to tilt left and right side of the controller up down up down but nothing happened..
one more thing...this folk jelly like in chapter 3, where they scream like crazy if u hit them but they never die how many time u hit them..luckily (i dont know how) one got red and manage to suck it (it give ellen armor like properties) but after i cant settle the rest and get out from there...so, any hint?

I stopped at Chapter 2 but I got 2 method that you could try.

Either you check the picture book for hints or if you haven't collected the page for that monster, try to hit it with all the different folks you got.

When you can see the Jelly Folk's soul popping out when you hit it, it means that the Folk attack you used, is the right one.

Underworld city? or the chapter where you need to follow the clockman (forgot the name)...

the under the sea realm...i played ellen first, after i finish the chapter with ellen i continue with keat...so, when i played ellen i cannot defeat this jelly folk but manage to finish the chapter and collect all the folk...then i played with keat, i somehow got the picture book for that jelly folk and manage to defeat it (using ice element folk)..now move on to chapter 4 with ellen..
BTW, i finally solved the problem with yellow sucking soul method
umm...how many chapter actually this game have?

You could always go back to the previous realms to collect those Folks again

Aih when is the Christmas Pack for Asian Folklore gonna be released..

yeah, i downloaded the 'christmas present' pack from the eu PSN the other day, just to realise it doesn't work for the asian version

So far Asian Folklore got no add-on downloads yet

p/s : i even went to create a hk psn id just to check if there are any stuffs for folklore

u better start playing keats now , cuz i heard that you need both characters at chapter 5 to proceed to chapter 6

well, actually im playing the chapter first by ellen and after i finish the chapter with ellen i played the chapter with keat..so, by doing that i can see the relevent story between ellen and keat...u know when u played ellen and then u play keat then u realized owh..that why this this and this..u know what i mean?
actually now im in chapter 4, the endless corridor....and that is soooo very true cos im keep coming back to the same place over and over again...i folllowed the clock folk, beat it, went thru all the doors...but still end up in the that same place again..so, anybody here in have gone thru this chapter...?

hi guys any1 know how do i pass chapter 2 with ellen?i cant seem to find the ga-buidhe folk i need to attack the tank of the folklore >.> any1 know where isit?

EDIT: oh nvm i just found out ga-boi and ga-buidhe are the same

Added on December 24, 2007, 5:02 pmyay! finished folklore already...overall really satisfied with this game...the story is kinda like action thriller one...the ending reminds me of the movie 'the sixth sense' now waiting for dlc for asian region...
