Most likely. Upon balloting you get your unit and they reserve it for you. If loan don't approve they release it back

There ought to be a difference between Rumah Selangorku , Rumahwip as well as PR1MA housing. So far the only red flag for Rumahwip projects is under the table deals for certain land banks by a former Minister with a certain developer A* . Other than that cross fingers no bad developments. Maybe others can say?

There is no ‘package’. This is a rumahwip. Considers yourself lucky if there’s even allocation left.
