Actually the bumi lot can be open to non bumi. My rumawip also last minutes deal, i grabbed the release bumi lot unit.

the agent tole me once the bumi lot released and a non bumi purchase it, it's no longer bumi lot, and in future wanna sell is free will.

What your concern i think is bumi reserve. Bumi reserve cannot be released to non bumi.

Yes. With criteria. Even my friend also managed to get 100% in buying a rumawip few weeks ago.

Mine is Maybank 100%, my friend got RHB 100%. RHB rate is slightly more attractive, but they have compulsory add on (likr MRTA/MLTA). But generally the 100% rate is higher than 90% rate.

So in the end, monthly installment for my Maybank and her RHB bank is about the same... Now is a good time to get loan, easy to approve.

Got criteria la:
1) must be first property
2) property below RM 500k
3) your monthly salary must be below 5k
4) age must be below 35
