This Lily Rumahwip location is good. very near to MRT station which just opposite.
Only bad thing is leasehold..

I have roughly analyzed.....not sure true of not.
Before Lily building, this empty land was for Kuchai Hawker center.
I used to dating there....because last time was collegue student..not so much money.
Kuchai Hawker center was a good budget place.
Unfortunately, we were not together finally.
and i met my wife and already two kids lo.

After that, i found the Kuchai hawker center moved to Jalan puchong/OKR junction.
Been operated for few years... till Y2020
But surprisingly, this place also become a rumahwip site, if not mistaken, it called Riamas.
after launched few weeks, it also fully taken. i think mainly due to the offered price very good at RM 230K.
I think no regret to buy a property at this price range even it was leasehold, noisy...due to near main road.

So if you want to see which site will become a Rumahwip.
Just observe where would be Kuchai Hawker center.

Bumi lot unit.
Launching price 300K.

Sold at 243K only.
3rd round reauction. No bidder at 300K. No bidder at 270K.
