1) The applicant who entitled to the status of "layak diproses",
2) Apply Loan,
3) Loan Approve,
4) Sign SnP, pay 10% upfront payment

thats why  curious with the way developer SOP and improper method.

appreciate anyone can help.

IMHO;
1) what i heard is yes developer can request open bumi lots if after certain period no takeup. coz if still vacant then developer rugi loh.
2) i'm also wondering whether RumahWIP can be rescued by Kementerian if there is failure? coz this is technically a project under them. If yes, can this be considered an advantage of RumahWIP that is overlooked.

ok, i called the office regarding the corridor.
they say got tiles.
both bathroom got full wall tiles.
kitchen also full wall tiles.

bear in mind this is spoken only, end product that come out.. wait until VP only know.

RABJ the facilities and carpark located in different building. If you're driving you'll see people in their swim suits crossing the road. Would it be a bit awkward?
Also the layout is without void. Each unit share an airwell. This is akin to ppr. If got people hang their clothes outside, be prepare for some stinky smell if there is no sun.

Hey guys, the developer's office at Kuchai Exchange already closed down. The for rent banner is up. Anybody knows how to contact them?
