i'm sorry if i necro-ed. Recently saw some rumah selangorku ads im fb and decided to try, end up sourced and informed there is this Prestige Recidences i.e the new project. As i did research, i saw it is under LBS. Thanks to this thread i now know that it is the same banner that developed the Zenopy Residences.

Therefore i now consider blacklisting it and cancel my trip to showhouse this weekend.
