I am not from kl, so if there any way to get the website to display shipping to other areas by default? every ad i have to manually change the location to my place in order to know what is the shipping fee.

Now using the app will point to EM by default but not pc. So I restart pc, and now both will display EM as default.

I bought a kitchen appliance from local malaysian seller but gets charged extra and shopee sent me the picture as their explanation. How come it involves overseas bank? I use local pbb and/or standchart credit card to pay. Attached thumbnail(s)

Hmm... this is not right. I have a dispute item which is pending refund as well. Refund has already been approved just not yet received. If this is not right, then we need to make take this info to authorities.

My return and refund is now completed. I received both payments for product as well as return shipping cost. Why I made the return and refund, cos seller selling something that is not suitable. The product I bought is car accessories item.
But there is no place, no way for me to alert other potential buyers about this seller selling fake item and very bad business etiquette. Bcos in the end, seller still do not admit mistake, although accepted the return and refund bcos I provided indisputable proof. Seller only continues to make claim that it was an installation problem. But the item is like peal and stick, how complex is that? But yet, even under indisputable circumstance, verbally seller don't admit their fault. So seller continues to "get away" with such matters, and in other words, potential buyers continue to get conned since we cannot put rating nor feedback.

No stock is annoying. The seller who sells me item I cannot use on my car because the size didn't fit, ... if I phrase it politely, he is lying. But really, he is cheating!! And yet, although shopee allowed/approved of my return/refund, but todate that advertisement by the seller stays the same. Shopee never took initiative to correct the situation, or give warning, ban, etc... So Shopee does not care either. Make commission, that's it...
