Thanks. My case already done and over with. Just hoping to help another buyer out with his case... How the whole argument is presented is equally important too. Showing anger is most of the time, not useful.

Because prices at khind are way higher to allow for their distributors to sell. Khind showing a reference price, but is no way competitive. Pensonic, haier, etc... all do the same. Survey their online and then visit local shops, you will see the difference for some items (not all items).. mostly on items with high margin, most visible.

My family member used a second hand phone and installed a new shopee account of her own for the first time and could not use that welcoming code. Cannot use my referral code also. All shopee interested to answer me is if you have used that phone for shopee app and deleted shopee and reinstall, it would not work. WTF... Anyway, they not interested to do anything to solve the problem. I assume they think I want to refer myself on a second account on the same phone or something, meaning abuse their welcoming code.

So I told my family, if they don't welcome you, don't use lar... The hell with them... this kind of attitude.

Hope it is worth it... cos they stopped one actual customer
(I am unhappy cos I talked so much about the benefits of using online platform, with shopee as example).. anyway, there are plenty of other platforms

I think they have removed this voucher... I tried on my son's phone which never had shopee app installed, all games... and can't use this code anymore.

Need some advice. I ordered an item in red during the flash sales on 19-Aug, but item have no update. When asked later, seller says don't have stock. Until now seller don't want to cancel order on their side. I used my free ship voucher on it, now I have no more. What are my options now?

Seller asked me to wait for 2-3 weeks, even that is not confirmed. I don't want to wait. Other sellers have the same product at about the same price. Some advice please. THANKS.

It is not shopee or shopee app that keeps track of the stocks. Seller when setting up the advertisement, they input themselves how many units are available. So if there are error, it is the seller's own responsibility. In my case, seller discovered they don't have stock, then do nothing serious to rectify this issue. I believe they are just waiting for the system to cancel order on its own.

On a side note, again, buyer cannot, and have no where no button on the app to give feedback about this not serious seller. They failed again and we cannot give this fair input for other buyers to be on the watch out.

Don't cancel. Let the system cancel, so that seller gets penalized.

As long as seller update the system, but never physically send the item, then I think you need to inform shopee to cancel already. Cos you must understand, once there is an update of tracking number, then it starts involve one more party. So shopee will be extra careful here, whether seller did not send or delivery company did not deliver. Anyway, when I say shopee... I mean the computer system. No actual officer will be going thru individual order and monitor them one by one... Buyer must report of any disputes. Only the computer system is monitoring, so you must alert them if have problem.

Since there are no other details available, so just a general discussion.. I would advice that you check with seller, explain why you believe it is not genuine, see what they say. If in the end, you insist you are right, item is fake, then only dispute officially. Cos in the end, shopee is not there to decide what is real what is fake. Shopee is a platform, for buyer seller to meet on a common ground, to agree on a same topic. Shopee therefore, usually would ask, have you contacted seller to discuss the matter yet? etc...

Buy what? If possible try to select from sellers with many good reviews, not 5* rating only. Some reviews reveal more than what we think it is, but still get 5* rating.
