any similar shopback website for shopee?

Saw same item same seller on lazada and shopee but shopee cheaper by RM10 so decide to buy at shopee. On the check out page for credit card damn COMPLICATED and CONFUSING INTERFACE,
1) on order page click pay by credit card filled up all cc info click submit
2) bring back to order page so click place order button
3) another page ask for phone verification number ok fill up submit
4) bring back to order page... I was???? why keep bringing me back to order page???
till here I don't know should I click place order button again i'm worried double order so just quit.
Check on "my purchase" nothing there, fed up I purchased at lazada.

Yes, if you are buying for the first time, it can be confusing. But for a RM10 saving, don't you consider the trouble worth it?

They'll lose many customers if they don't revamp their site on cc check out, why don't just follow lazada/11street easy and straight forward. Fill up cc info ---> key in cc's TAC --> Done. Secondly their bank's voucher so many rules - must use app, must be superseller, purchase must exceed certain amout etc etc...

that phone number verification is to register your phone no. to the system to sign up for an account. After you do that you can proceed with the ordering process.

I was mad too when I first want to buy from shopee, after buying a few time its okay lah but not user-friendly & the interface are not as good as Lazada. But the price some times lower than Lazada & many things are with free shipping.

If got some extra budget, please take smartwatch from well known company. FW support and companion support surely there.

How to entitle for free shipping? Is it one per day quota or one per month quota?

Today I already ordered some worth RM100 (with free shipping). And when I tried to order RM30 plus products (with free shipping quote for Rm30 and above), I still be charge PosLaju fees.

Care to enlighten me here?

One free shipping per day. 3 per week. And max 6 per month. Only when during those special days, like 1111, 1201 and 1212 got unlimited free shipping for the day if over rm30 or so.

And the free shipping is as per checkout. Not per seller. Means if you have rm100 in your shipping cart from 3 sellers of rm30 rm35 rm35, all 3 will be free shipping.

But the free shipping condition, depends on if the seller did mention in their sales condition of free shipping if over rm30, or something like that.

Also the free shipping value is max rm6 only. So for oversea China shipment or East Malaysia shipment, will only be reduced by rm6 and not totally free.
