Saw same item same seller on lazada and shopee but shopee cheaper by RM10 so decide to buy at shopee. On the check out page for credit card damn COMPLICATED and CONFUSING INTERFACE,
1) on order page click pay by credit card filled up all cc info click submit
2) bring back to order page so click place order button
3) another page ask for phone verification number ok fill up submit
4) bring back to order page... I was???? why keep bringing me back to order page???
till here I don't know should I click place order button again i'm worried double order so just quit.
Check on "my purchase" nothing there, fed up I purchased at lazada.

They'll lose many customers if they don't revamp their site on cc check out, why don't just follow lazada/11street easy and straight forward. Fill up cc info ---> key in cc's TAC --> Done. Secondly their bank's voucher so many rules - must use app, must be superseller, purchase must exceed certain amout etc etc...
