Got my phone from Maxis last weekend.
My last iPhone was 5s, then changed to android for many years
Now i'm back to iOS and this phone works great!

today my phone i stucked in guided access mode when i am learning how to use it.
my iphone x is in guided access mode with touch disabled, somehow face ID unlock is failed and passcode is required. Since passcode cannot be key-in, the phone is stucked.
Luckily force restart solved.
