Last year there was a GIANT scratch all the way across the screen on my iphone 7+. It took Apple 2 weeks + to replace my unit.If you bought 64GB then I guesss the process might be faster.

QUOTE(clement5949 @ Dec 8 2017, 04:45 PM) just turn on ur bluetooth and it will auto connect My Jabra Rox used to auto connect every time it turned on, but after 11.2, the connection is kind of broken.unless the bluetooth device u have doesnt be able to auto connect It will prompt "connected" but the headset icon won't appear, then it will disconnect a few seconds later. I'll have to try re-pairing later |

QUOTE(sonic_sphere @ Dec 13 2017, 01:12 AM) Anybody here upgrading iPhone X from previous Plus version (6, 6S, 7 or 8 +)...? I kept telling myself that no, i'm not getting an iphone x, my iphone 7+ is great I don't need an upgrade.I'm using 7 Plus now, really tempting to buy iPhone X, but the only thing is i'm afraid cannot adapt to smaller screen because i have used Plus version for a fews years back until now... Then I made the mistake of going in the store to kaypo, then i was like ![]() Honestly speaking though, the screen doesn't feel that much smaller. The thing i noticed after using the iphone X after a few weeks then going back to the 7+ was that... Gawd the 7+ screen resolution is so low... it actually looks blurry |

QUOTE(red_scorpion @ Dec 18 2017, 05:29 AM) my iphone x dropped on the escalator(steel surface). SP broken and luckily screen still ok. Tempered glass SPs are meant to shatter, thats why personally i feel there is no need to get those super expensive brands, they perform exactly the same anyway. I always use the SPs from this shop:[attachmentid=9437997] this SP is around rm20 product from taobao. Not really sure the SP did the magic, break itself to protect my screen. Or this SP is lousy, that why it break after dropped. Now need to source for a new SP. Thinking to get a more expensive good quality SP or still stick to taobao cheap product? What type of SP u guys using? Full frame or not full frame? Which is better ? Anyobe bought their SP from Taobao/Tmall or Lazada ? please recommend me some good SP from there. If can, please pm me the link . Thanks. Smart Devil So far the quality is great |

QUOTE(lisahasan @ Dec 19 2017, 08:26 AM) Same thing i read in this thread. I bought my 7+ from Apple Online store last year, when it arrived there was a huge scratch across the screen. But how about the store itself. Same service provided such as hassle free or similar to it ? Some said easy to get replacement if buy through online.. Sorry if this question is too much Called up Apple Care immediately, explained the situation and they sent DHL to pickup my unit (i think it was the day after). It took them 2 weeks to ship a replacement though, i guess this was due to low stock levels as I bought it during launch. If you buy at physical authorized reseller stores, you can open up the units and check for defects. If the unit is DOA (whether cosmetic or hardware failure), you can change a unit on the spot. I always prefer to buy my apple products from apple online store or physical stores, less hassle and headache if something happens. |
