Barcelona is Opteron. Why bother waiting a server class processor? Are you sure you're getting one? Consumer should wait for Agena/Kuma instead

QUOTE(Cyclone1 @ Apr 23 2007, 06:45 PM) What is the upcoming AMD processor that have better performance than current 1 ? First of all, you need to state which one you wanted to compare to. Currently, there is alot AMD processor available like Sempron, Athlon, Opteron etc. And i am pretty sure the newer one would be able to perform better but the mystery would be, by how much.

The difference in socket doesn't change all that much besides multiprocessor support. Btw. More than 12 hours already. Still nothing. lol.
