You can try changing a different cable.

Or if your router supports it, change the ethernet setting. Disable auto negotiate or fixed the speed to 100 baseT. Or change to static IP.

Worse come to worst change a different ROM.

Hello guy,

I've little bit read some topics here.

I'm a newbee. few days ago a've received an docooler android box.
model M9S Pro 3g/32g.
After using 2 day I start the superSU for update and from this time my device is freezing on MBOX. locked on boot loader.

I've downloaded the rom for 3g/32g but how to do after?

Should I use an SDCard or a software and special cable?
Thanks.

The ROM is designed to be used with a usb burning tool.

Won't work with SDcard update.

Before you screwed up the box ( ie before you update the SuperSU ), were you able to use the cable/ethernet ?

Hi guys, never thought i would come to this. I ter-update the dang super su. I already booted the twrp and installed it but i really would love to know what the next step.

If you have booted into TWRP and installed SuperSU zip file, your problem is fixed.

Just either power off and remove SDCard and reboot normally, or you can click from TWRP and choose boot 'system'.

I have installed the firmware hx_s905x_Nougat_660M_3g_32g_20171028_1830_ZNT.img for the 3GB/32GB version (905x) and now the output resolution is always 1280x720p even if you have selected 1920x1280, I have checked it with CPU-Z,my TV shows an output resolution of the box of 1920x1280p but internally, it is working at 1280x720p. Again, check it with CPU-Z (I have tried Aida64 and it is giving the same info, 720p)

Could you check it as well? Any firmware image to come back to the 6.0.1 firmware for the 3GB/32GB version (905x). Thank you in advance

Kind regards

Maybe it's hdmi cable or loose connection. The firmware has been used by others without this problem.

There is a 'screen position setting'. Make sure it is not over zoom in or over zoom out.

No, it is not.

Can you check CPU-Z in the device? The TV shows up 1920px1080, but internally, the device is working at 720p.

Do you know the differences between these firmwares=
hx_s905x_Nougat_660M_3g_32g_20171028_1830_ZNT
hx_s905x_Nougat_660M_20171030_1748_2017110102

Kind regards

What does it mean by the bolded sentence ? What is the impact ? The picture would seem to be enlarged and cannot see certain edges ? Or the picture quality would be scaled down like can see the dots or the jagged edges ?

I don't think we can tell which rom is which by the file names.
