If their aim is to attract previous or old skool gamers, a 1/1/1 rate server would deter many of them from coming back, since most of them would've been working adults now, not much time to play let alone grind to oblivion just for 1 level.

I miss those days in Sakray where the rate was just nice and no 3rd jobs, not to mention a lot less bots. Had the time of my life. Now got kids and a hectic job, no more time to play. Kids nowadays don't play this shit with crappy graphics.

Got a feeling will die fast for mainstream ppl. Nostalgia all have, but when play back realise the graphic is crappy, the guildie community doesn't feel like in the past anymore. All ex players oso don't have 10 hours a day grinding 10% xp. Now strawberry generation only stick to instant, fast games like dotard overwatch

Hahaha my feelings exactly bro! A bit of digging and found this private server, SG based. 50/50/10 rates, no 3rd jobs, got built in anti-cheat (no bots, no multi clients), very close to official server feel, and best thing is playable on MOBILE (ANDROID). In for 3 weeks now and im hooked.
