I am in oversea and have turned off my phone and roaming completely. My hotlink is also in grace period. But, still my frozen credit is deducted more than RM40. When I checked my hotlink e-statement, there are many charges with type of charges "in call roaming". Why there are still call roaming when the phone is off? Please restore my credit and prevent further unknown "in call roaming" charges. Please PM me for details.
