Interestingly there is a studio unit for Amber residence which is not widely known. Selling at 250k fixed price as part of RSKU initiative.

Why buy apartment or condo at this location... No public transport... No vibrant commercial activities... But selling price so high... Really dun understand

Agreed. Should have gone for rimbayu. Altho deeper inside, capital appreciation will be there. (hopefully)

If budget is a factor, can consider starling/Livia

For this condo n parkue it's all about capital preservation. In this case both will see heavy losses in the subsale market.

1. The Parque Residences by EcoWorld (few units remaining)
2. Amber Residences by Gamuda Land (200m walking distance to biggest shopping mall in Kota Kemuning)
3. Aman1 by Tropicana Aman(only 1k/month using Maybank houzkey financing)
Landed
1. Starling 20x60 Phase 4 (last phase) by IJM, rm660k launching in December. Previous phases sold in just few weeks.
2. Arahsia Subsales, cheapest landed strata (I stay here) 😃

Amber n aman1 got big discount now?? Parque for ownstay I think ok if the discount is deep enough.
