They run more than a month because they are sticking to the 5K rule and neglect the 3 month rule at the same time:)

Best is still 5K or 3 months whichever comes first. But if one feels that he/she needs to follow the mileage rule, its up to them, its their car

I thought if your car is old, its best to use mineral as it provides better protection to the engine internals? For me, I am using fully synthetic in my Wira, as long no problems like leaking and etc, its fine

Yup that is why regardless is what type of oil u use...best to change every 5k/3 months. Don't wanna let your engine to be sludge filled

But its good to know so that next time you know how to take care of it

mine every 3 months now or 5000km if I manage to cover it due to my tripmeter rosak
