It's so bulky after attach it to the D80 , not sure how it feels if added in MB-D80 and Extra battery.

I am using Sb-600, I think settings quite different.

I just calibrated both my monitors using Spyder2Pro. I got it this afternoon.

From what I notice, my colors had always been on the cooler side.

After monitor callibration, my monitor color looks more natural and accurate when viewing my photos.

When using photoshop,  I can also used the calibrated profile.

I got it after my sifu, Alamaklor advised me on it.

Now I know that when I am editing my photos, I know truly whether the photos are underexposed or overexposed and whether the color is right.

Oh yea , does using flash the shutter speed need to be manually set ? 

What i mean is like the shutter speed will not stuck at 1/60 as it's presetted for using flash in menu.

Please enlighten me.

Is that possible for the Camera to adjust the shutter speed and everything like in auto ?

Yes , the Flash will auto synchronize with the Camera shutter speed and aperture.
What i'm trying to ask is that while using flash , will the camera automatic set the shutter speed like without using flash ?
Preset shutter speed for using flash is 1/60 , is that possible for making the camera auto adjust the shutter speed ?

But, for flash i still prefer to use Panasonic Oxyride than my Uniross Hybrio... More powerful! But becareful coz it is 1.7v while normal AA is 1.5v, rechargeable AA is 1.2v

I'm not gonna risk my new toys. 
and 10x Eneloop cost me lots. 

That's cruel to your sb800, give her time to breath. 
If that's your hard earn money , for sure you wont risk your toys like that.
