My friend's house took vacant procession of the house 10 years ago, but left it vacant and recently he wanted to sell the house. But he has never received any Indah Water bill. Why if buyer want to see the latest IW bill ? Is there anyway he can check if he got bill outstanding ?

Your friends case is a rare one. Never heard of IWK not billing even for a vacant property. Pretty sure the amount overdue is quite substantial. Try and ask for a discount or interest vaiver if there is any. Good luck.

IWK only goes to that master septic tank and do what they need to do. They issue the bill to let's say, the joint management body/management corporation (JMB/MC). the JMB/MC then apportioned the charges in their billings to each individual properties.

Right and duly noted. Thank you for sharing and enlightening regarding the IWK billing system.
