Still can be return for refund within 7 days. just see if any sifu here have any solution.

actually lanfang set bad meh? mine oso lanfang set, oso production 11/2017, but so far i have not encountered any issue when using it on official china rom lah. screen ok saja.

last night after flash i just scroll abit and went to sleep so i havent really play around to check out how it was in global rom, except the slight lag/unresponsiveness that maybe i was too sensitive about.

I heard all latest miui 9 after went to global beta.
Cannot switch back to stable rom.
You need do with mi flash tool ...so hard.
If the phone didn't unlock yet. Have to unlock and flash back to stable ..
