what you need is to download the global developer rom (check my post history) and install it on your phone through system updater. Click the tree dots icon and click choose update package, then select the downloaded official developer rom from xiaomi.

I prefer thin cases but not as flimsy as the included free case
would have used the phone naked like my opo but its too slippery

Bought the nilkin case. Still prefer the free jelly case  . It is thin nevertheless and looks super nice on the r5+ just not suited for my hand. Anybody wants it? I'll sell it for rm17 including post. Original price is 17+7 post |
