let me give u one scenario and see whether u face lag or not

1. u will have fb, instagram and fb messenger in this phone
2. u will turn off the wifi in the night before sleep
3. morning u wake up, u turn on the wifi or data
4. all notification blasted to u
because my 4y old galaxy s5 (secondary phone that flashed with pure android rom) got damn lag with the scenario above 

I Won’t called it a lagged though.
Seem the UI and touch response is a wee bit slow
But at least it's consistent

compared to my iPhone 6 and Sony z ultra which is zippy when it wanted too and lagged when it wanted too.

Hi guys, can you share what type of tempered glass/screen protector you use?
Currently using Mocolo full covered tempered glass, bought from ckystore@shopee for rm15.
The glass is fit perfectly to the screen with no halo effect, but there is rainbow effect (newton rings) in the middle of the screen.
Not really noticeable at daylight but become annoying at night (under the light), especially on dark background and when the screen is off
