because i saw HKG C27 (CBU Japan) also using Kenwood, but there are owners there who have also change their Kenwood HU

genuine audio panel? no la, HU can free to install.. Example, Nissan JPN n HKG using Kenwood, Nissan MLY using Clarion. There is no restriction on this, unless ur referring to spare parts, body kit, etc those controlled items which then to be Nissan brand or Nissan appointed supplier.

It wont void warranty as long as its a plug n play HU..but get a decent brand if budget allow, so long it wont caused short circuit and affected the car
