My view is if without the service package, i can delay my service and do not need to follow the schedule. But at the same time, i afraid my warranty maybe void if it delay for too long.

Need advice urgent!

I placed my booking on launching time month end of Apr and down payment already paid but until now my premium spec serena still haven't received.

I have been asking for the actual delivery date many time but my SA cannot even give me a promise date. I really feel weird that how on earth they don't know how many cars are going to deliver by their HQ to them and the date.

I feel they keep delaying and could be pushing my car to other customer that benefit them!?

Anyone has the same situation as mine who booked the car during launch time and still haven't received car.

In fact already spoken to his manager but still no date is given.
This is what fed me up.

Reason being given was insufficient accessories but this is not a valid reason as Tan Chong is not newbie in car production. Can't believe that their planning in so bad until accessories are not enough for pre-booking order.

the commission of C27 is just around RM1100-1500, wonder how SA can rebate so much...

Yes ... few branches SA give high rebate
Beside commission they hv insentive target and free oversea trip ...some SA wanna go oversea

Some Dealer even give higher ... but some buyer prefer buy from branch .

My SA in Puchong is damn slow.  If no feedback by Friday will cancel my booking.  MsPopcorn proposal looks better to me

- package A: opt for 3 years warrant, but keep 3 years free service, get discount rm4.5k??
- package B: ???
- package C: opt for 3 years warrant, no free service, get rm6.5k?

wow, seems tempting... i booked mid April, lao everything done but yet to receive any news from PJ Branch...SA sucks and also spoken to the Branch Manager who seems useless can't help much....

anybody tested when engine is turn off. all the 7 USB port is it still with power? i tested mine both the 7 USB port and the power port still active with power when engine is fully off.

I heard my SA mentioned that starting July, they are not allowed to accept new booking for certain car (like xtrail, not sure if serena is part of it) coz out of stock, they are unable to guarantee delivery before September. O.o
