QUOTE(replymela @ Oct 12 2011, 03:56 AM) silver because didnt want to wait, bought early this year, this facelift, before 2012 one[ » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « img]http://www.themotorreport.com.au/content/image/2/0/2010_mercedes_benz_c250_cgi_02-4b9f421ea1b5d.jpg[/img] go to SC and complain! i complained and they told me its the road not even and tried to bullshit. again, didnt really have time for this. later on when servicing, they said my kimble/adjustment screw or smth was spoiled, said 600 ,then another one said 500 , in the end 400. They marked up and tried to lie to me about "discounts". (i cant claim because they said wear and tear) so better claim fast I actually paid 50% of the total bill to do the repair. but still got the problem. thinking of taking the car to a tyre shop and do alignment there to double check. if the problem still exist, I'm going to write to C&C PJ HQ and as well as M-Benz Malaysia. and today the customer service called to enquire regarding the service level, i already complained about this problem and told her that i want a refund for the repair cost i paid last week.
