When I got my c200, it had the same issue like the wiper and they loosen it a bit. It’s a quick fix with the right tool. The player died after a month drive and had it replaced under warranty. Then the reverse camera gone mad. Blurry and skip a few beats in between. Since it’s a new car, better highlight then to get it fixed.

Sat in my colleague’s A class and felt that too. Thought it was just me. Lol... c class is def more comfortable. The back lumbar is adjustable so maybe try a different configurations and add in a neck pillow.Just purchased a back support cushion, will test it after , see how it goes. ><

Suggest to move the back lumbar to the bottom see if it suits your position.
