For the pass week, i realize the connection is not stable, therefore on 16 Nov 2017 i went to local store to check and plan to change it to nano sim card. The staff told me that my sim card was terminated although a day before i'm still in service, and all the credit inside were gone.

Does it related to I'd rejected the store staff who sell me the new broadband plan? that's why they can simply do something behind the PC monitor as that time they already have my Ic to check all the detail? the account is still active (with balance credit and balance internet quota) when i step in to the shop and once i reject them they told me this account is terminated and within 10 minutes the card totally have no signal.
until now i still cant believe what is happen to the routine plan i have use for few year and get terminated suddenly. The subscription suppose is due on apr 2018.
