Using standard delivery as I live in JB. Tracking Link in the email doesn’t work. Using the Tracking ID on GDEX website directly works https://www.gdexpress.com/malaysia/e-tracking

Says “Pending physical shipment from Sender” for both of my phones though smile.gif

I called Celcom to ask about this. Apparently the CS agent said they also don’t know, and the only way to find out is to wait until the shipment arrives - if you receive the phone with the charger, congrats! If not, sorry, you were number 1,001 and above...

From my experience last time, need someone to receive at the address, and that someone must know your name, IC number & sign on your behalf.

Normally the driver will also call you to confirm the delivery and whether you are ok with the person taking the delivery.

This was 3 years ago punya cerita la, not sure whether this still applies.

Quick check on Gdex tracking site shows that both my phones has arrived at the delivery centre in JB. Can't wait for the delivery on Friday!

I tried calling my local gdex and they allow to collect tomorrow morning - will be there at 8:30am sharp - immediately going to apply tempered glass & esim after that smile.gif

Don’t think they have stock waiting at warehouse and just not send it to you. They must have long preorder queue and limited stock availability and could only allocate one unit to you next week

Even changing your delivery address or colour of the iphone you selected is not allowed after you submitted your preorder online. If just ROI and deposit at Bluecube, then just burn the deposit.

The account holder needs to walk in at Celcom Bluecube. Very quick process - the esim works immediately.
