Maxis didn't prepare in advance plus installment plans are only available in store lol.

Another reason not to switch to Maxis but the numbers don't lie since this Celcom thread is still V1 haha.

Haha thanks man. Have been really fed up with maxis shitty customer service and rubbish systems. I was one of the unfortunate ones who couldn’t get my phone due to their crap system and they’re CS did nothing to help me solve my problem. They knew their system has issues but did nothing for customers facing difficulty.

The customer service I received from blue cube pyramid was really a breath of fresh air. Even going beyond to allow me to book an iPhone 12 pro max before my port in was even successful from their branch complete with collection date and time slot with just a small deposit. Excellent.

Since I am getting the iPhone 12 Pro, there shouldn't be any embargo already. Hope Celcom can fulfill the order earlier and be ready for me on next Friday.

scare me to hell...when celcom CS called me to inform that my Red 128gb is out of stock!

and told me that if need the red color still, have to wait till 20 Nov

but after checking by CS, they noticed there was a duplicate order on this and thank god my original order of 128gb blue and red went through and receiving them on this Friday! Woohoo!
