Thanks. My tracking number shows parcel just picked up by courier in PJ. A couple of days to reach Penang I guess.
Or perhaps gdex has been instructed to only deliver on the 24th?

If i straight away buy iphone x from apple online store say the 64Gb version at RM5149 and time my first gold 86.90 a month for 24months = 24mths Ownership cost = RM7234.6
https://www.apple.com/my/shop/buy-iphone/ip...silver#00,10,20 So when i look at this comparison https://www.lowyat.net/2017/148060/iphone-x...-digi-u-mobile/ Looks like celcom 1st gold plus is the most cost effective plan after 24 months which only RM6070 Saving RM1164.6! Thats a lot. Am i missing something or should I going to celcom now. of coz Digi and Umobile are cheaper option but their packages are not as good as celcom not to mention their services. |

But with that celcom gold plus plan (unlimited call 40gb internet 100gb dedicated video internet) i wonder what better plan they can came up with.. If you are comfortable with the stake then just go for it. |

From what I know, new customers or those who stay in Celcom less than 12 months is required to pay for the device protection plan (mandatory). The RM50 is charged additionally, so it means device+plan+protection. |

QUOTE(RazerSTFU @ Nov 21 2017, 10:46 AM) I'm existing customer and i no idea how to pre oreder lol. Its so confusing for me. For others telc switching to celcom it is possible to do pre order but what about existing? Get into Celcom Store, login your celcom account (the one you use to login to pay bills), then preorder. There is an option of Change Rate Plan if I am not wrong, then from there you retain your number and proceed to the preorder. |

QUOTE(sonypshomer @ Nov 21 2017, 10:44 AM) If you wanna pre order now, all pre order stock finish already. You can still preorder i guess but u will receive it later. Also, if you are previous celcom postpaid customer for 12 months the upfront payment is waived (only if u buy at celcom centre) If i were you, i will walk in to celcom centre. On the very first day of iphone x launch and hope they still have stock for walk in customer. Apply leave if necessary. |

As for the upfront payment, as we will have to pay it plus gst, will they include the gst amount to be deducted in our monthly bills? Also, if you are previous celcom postpaid customer for 12 months the upfront payment is waived (only if u buy at celcom centre) If i were you, i will walk in to celcom centre. QUOTE(wildan03 @ Nov 21 2017, 10:09 AM) what you are missing is actually the chance to change to a better plan within this 2 years, if those telco came up with a much more interesting plan. I am currently on the RedOne RM48 plan (10GB high speed data, 200 mins local calls) so if I get the IP-X at retail price, this would be my TCO for 24 months. But with that celcom gold plus plan (unlimited call 40gb internet 100gb dedicated video internet) i wonder what better plan they can came up with.. If you are comfortable with the stake then just go for it. RM48 x 24 months + gst = RM1221.12 iphone-x 256gb + gst = RM5899.00 total cost of ownership = RM7120.12 RM98 x 24 + gst = RM2493.12 iphone-x 256gb + gst = RM4534.68 (advance payment + gst = RM742.00 / total upfront + gst = RM5276.70) total cost of ownership = RM7027.80 Advantages = upgrade of data plan to 20GB wkday + 20GB wkend and unlimited local calls Hope my calculations are more or less correct. My math is not what it was |
