edit :answering your question. frieza not friendly, in this series he was so unpredictable and most of the time he just watch saiyans getting beaten. he only help few time but he state it clearly so many time he hate saiyan so much so many time throughout the series. probably he got ulterior motives why did he agreed to be on the same team with his enemies

The battle with zamasu much more interesting than the battle with kelfa. Kelfa shouldn't even be that strong.
