Jiren is stronger than some god of destruction.
Goku > Jiren > regular/weak god of destruction.
Beerus is seen soloing the rest of the gods of destruction for a short while in the manga, so he is one of the stronger ones.

So I would say Goku should at least be a good match with Beerus but he can't beat beerus yet.

considering even god cannot reach UI, goku is already more powerful than god of dest already. now is whis vs goku, but i think whis is more powerful.

i think how these "condition" or "transformation" works is that it all depends on your base power. UI or ss or god mode is just a multiplier. so if your base is not as strong as god, still lose also. i think la... kek
