guys...if the item has been cancelled and money refunded, but anyhow the item was delivered a week after money refund, what is the process to return back?

I got one item RM500. Refunded back to me. But item they delivered as well.
I tunggu they contact me to tell me how. Parcel still unopened.

I don't want bank in back to them.

I just dowan the product. But since they close the case, I cannot initiate return.

Anyway, I care little only. I got my money and also the product.
If no contact me, I won't return since I need to go post office etc and maybe need to pay courier (I am not sure since I never do return before).
