More supply mean more works for contractors, suppliers, service providers, lawyers, re agents, etc and more income for dbkl and treasury.

Besides that, even desa Park city will be crowded in coming years because of many projects coming

most of the banners are gone..i passed taman desa during lunch hour, the banner at the traffic light near taman desa medical centre is gone..so as the banner besides highway on the way to federal highway

Don't hear the Desa Park City folks complaining about the newer condos mushrooming within the vicinity. PPSB bought that land years ago and they are developing it according to their master plan.

Not too sure about Taman Desa's actual history, But I believe this area looks like a few developers developed plots of land scattered around for landed properties and condos decades ago to what we see today.

I really doubt that their protest will be entertained, tho.

Actually there is possible a station will be at Taman Desa for MRT 3 circle line

all the developed country city are congested, it is not rational to complain lah, instead it should complain the planning of infrastructure, where developer can contribute more in building more road to ease the congestion.

just don't be a selfish neighbor lah...

They sue DBKL ady, now court case.

Applause to the residents to bring this to court. At least to let the mayor to know what they being scrutinized and cannot take just close eyes and approve every single proposal on the table.

Infra first, then build. Need balance - with parks and proper planning. Without that it just going to be a disaster.

Look at the size of those land meant to be developed, never thought there's going to be any development.. yet they managed to get green light from dbkl to proceed.. malaysia is a boleh land!!
