Firmware 1.0 MYT3 doesn't have the hardcoded suffix.
 But no idea where to get older firmwares. The form is processed by LUA script "/common_page/Localnet_WlanBasicAd_WLANSSIDConf_lua.lua" Maybe you can SSH in and see if that can be modified.
