bought HK set before since the model number is not same with Malaysia

personal experience, i bought 2 units of iphone 7+ from HK, 1 of it faulty camera... i did brought to machines for a claim, they replied me same email 1 hour after i passed to them, i directly called up apple, logged a support case with the ticket #, i passed the ticket # to machines, and they processed the claim without any issues smile.gif

i did clarify with apple support, warranty is based on region according to them, msia sg hk aussie, all can claim cos same region...

so dilemma..... using 7+ now, how to justify to myself to change to X... someore resale value of 7+ is so bad now, no demand also.. die hard
