get the X.. some might argue get the plus as it’s the same, but i believe X will truly shine when all the apps are optimized for it. and they really nailed the faceid.. haven’t miss the button at all

it’s probably the same speed if u use flip case or not .. if it was touch id u still need to flip and press the button .. just get whatever case u want .. personally for phone face id works well.. but for ipad it’s a diff story lol

i was coming from the 6, better battery life , screen is excellent .. i think at the end of the day it’s how much are u willing to spend.. if not that much then get the 8 plus.. it’s almost the same and u save quite a bit compared to the x.. bad part is that there are times i still miss touch id..like being able to use the phone without having to directly make face and eyes contact with it ... and ios 11 still suck.. lol
