Should I cancel my SG set that will only delivery within 25 Nov to 2 Dec and pre-order with Maxis?
The worry I have is that Maxis is gonna have very limited stock and I can't even get it in this year....dilemma .

Thanks for the suggestion bro. I am thinking to get Maxis set because I will sign up with their Maxis One 128 Plan anyway (long time user of this plan). So, thought if i can get a cheaper phone with their subsidy, since we dont get much subsidy on petrol anymore....

Let see if I can get one during their pre-order. If can get, I will go and cancel my SG set....hehehe...

I agree that Touch ID could be quicker. I can press the home button while I am pulling out the phone from my pocket and by the time I look at the screen, it is already unlocked.

However, I read some reviews (I yet to get mine, delivery in end Nov) that there is a quicker way (might not as quick as Touch ID though) where you do not wait for the padlock to show unlock before swiping up to unlock the phone. You can straight swipe up once u pull it out from you pocket and and have the phone in front of your face (with eyes open of coz..). Not sure not to describe that in words, but basically what you do is once u have you phone out and you at looking at it...just swipe up. Don't wait for the padlock to show unlock. Then the Face ID unlock and screen unlock will be like working simultaneously. That should make it slight quicker and maybe comparable with Touch ID?

Anyone got the phone can give it a try and see if this make ti slightly quicker to unlock? Of coz, it might still not as quick as Touch ID...

Yes...unlock with fingers while the phone is lying on desk is super convenient...and I do it everyday. I think I am going to deeply miss that feature when I got my X. Hopefully some software upgrade can make the phone recognize you while lying down...u know...like what the Apple advertisement shows when a sexy lady unlock it with the phone on the pool side?

it is like telling the iPhone to:

one very easy solution - ctrl+A then hit delete...then empty trash...case closed.

I am using Hoda full cover on my iPhone 7+ and without any SP on my iPhone 6 (daring huh ).

Not sure if 7+ and 6 using the same glass (most likely no). But what I am trying to say is that...the Hoda SP is much smoother than my 6 original screen. Even the finger print and smudge resistant are also much better...surprisingly...

I think i will probably get the Hoda again when my X is here...still can't wait for it to reach my hand....

I found a shop in Paradigm mall selling at RM 80 or 85...can't remember exactly...

In fact that is my worry also. Will the slight missed alignment affect the front camera view and causing more failure in Face ID?

You know, a slight miss alignment will affect the camera viewing angel a lot in relative to the distance

You don't have to pay more brother. The all clear glass is in fact cheaper with those with black strips. And I think the coverage is pretty much the same....both 2.5D. RM85 vs RM69.

Isn’t problem 2 is a great feature that reduce drivers from using the phone?

If you are not so worry of dropping it (although I think it still gives some protection)...try this...I bought this and it is really slim and material provides some kind of grip, so not so easy to slip from your hands. I yet to get my phone, so can't give u any real life exp yet.

You don't need to compare it from 6. It is damn worth upgrading from 6.
If u compare 7 plus with X, the X screen is bigger but the "picture" is smaller due to the odd resolution. If u really like the big screen like 7 Plus...get the 8 Plus.
