If you are not interested in the iOS system, Androids are seriously more worthwhile. The only reason I got the X was I prefer iOS after my last experience with Android on Note 2, partly no thanks to Samsung giving me crappy experience with their bloatware as well. I'm sure after so long the Android OS is much more refined compared to Note 2, maybe in the future I might revisit Android.
Their new phones for the price range of $500 is amazing.
